Sri Lanka Names 22 Athletes for Asian Beach Games in China
Sri Lanka Athletics will send a squad of 22 athletes to compete in the Asian Beach Games 2026, scheduled to be held from April 22 to 30 in Sanya, China.
This will be the sixth edition of the Beach Games, which feature a range of beach athletics events. Significantly, it marks the first time Sri Lanka will field an athletics team at the Beach Games.
In total, Sri Lanka will send 77 athletes across multiple sports, with athletics forming a key part of the contingent.
