Hima Das back to winning ways

World Junior Champion and Asian Games Silver medalist ,Hima Das returned to winning after not so impressive Indian grand Prix at the 23d Federation Cup , National Senior Athletics Championship  held at Patiala, She dips under 53 seconds and clock 52.88 seconds to win the event as she showed that she is warming up to April’s Asian Championship to be held in Qatar. Poovamma Raju finished second with 53.15 seconds while six athletes ran sub 54 seconds in the finals indicating India is also ready to defend their title in the 4x400m relay .
