SL Aims for More Medals at the Asian Junior in Dubai

Sri Lanka is ready to send a strong junior (U20) team to compete in the 19th Asian Under 20 Junior Athletics Championship. The event will take place in Dubai, UAE, from the 24th to the 27th of April.

The young sprinter, Merone Wijesinghe from Ananda College, will lead the men’s team. The women’s team will be led by the talented jumper, Madhushani Herath, from Nannapuruwa Maha Vidyalaya in Bibila.

The team is as follows:
