All Island Schools Relay Carnival 2019 which was to be held from September 20th to 22 at Welagedara staduim , Kurunegala has been shifted to Sugathadasa staduim Colombo on the same dates due to prevailing weather situation in the country.
Technical staff advised to report to Sugathadasa stadium by 3 pm on 19th .
